| MUSICIANS CAN’T PLAY THIS HAARP! By C. E. Chaffin |
Scientists … philosophers, and a few enlightened clergymen recognize that all
creation marches to the beat of a Cosmic bandmaster. It is a fact that our planet,
whose vibrations are vital to the health and well-being of its inhabitants, must be kept
healthy in order to sustain life. However, evidence seems to point to the possibility
that many of our leaders are ignorant of the above.
On August 7, former Vice President Al Gore, (who won the popular vote but lost the
electoral vote in the last Presidential election), gave a speech at New York University
where he clearly charged: “Millions of Americans now share a feeling that something
pretty basic has gone wrong in our country, and that some important American
values are being placed at risk, and they want to set it right.”
Gore was directly speaking about the American public being misled about the
situation in Iraq that sent so many of our troops to that country. Many of them have
died there. But, and for this article, more importantly, Gore was also addressing the
fact that the Bush Presidency has continually downplayed the importance of our
awareness of “global warming” and what will certainly happen to our world if we
continue to overlook the condition. Gore stated: “In each case, the President seems
to have been pursuing policies chosen in advance of the facts – policies designed to
benefit friends and supporters – and has used tactics that deprived the American
people of any opportunity to effectively subject his arguments to the kind of informed
scrutiny that is essential in our system of checks and balances.”
Gore may very well be right in his charges about global warming and its effects on
the planet. Of course, there are scientists who say that global warming is a natural
effect on earth, that it is cyclic and to be expected in the normal affairs of the world.
However, man has contributed so much extra volume of pollutants to the air and
ignored the ecology of earth that even a cyclic global warming effect would certainly
be made far worse because of the damage humanity has inflicted on his mother
world. The problem being - as long as the office of the President denies the facts, the
conditions of the world are bound to get worse.
But, G. W. Bush is not totally to blame. Two or three Presidents ago, plans were
devised and work was begun on a project in Gakona, Alaska that could not only
compound earth’s climatic problems, it could also destroy the planet if allowed to run
amok. I am speaking of the HAARP project. (HAARP: High Frequency Active Auroral
Research Program).
Author Jerry Smith, whose new book “HAARP,” tells the whole story of this fiendish
project, says that at best, HAARP is an example of “science out of control.” He says it
may be the most dangerous device ever created by man; a futuristic technology that
is everything from a super-beam weapon to a world-wide mind control device.
Originally, HAARP was touted as a tool to be used by our Department of Defense
and the military ostensibly to develop things like over-the-horizon-radar, weather
modification, and enhanced submarine communication. What we weren’t being told
was that the people who promote a One World government could use HAARP to
experiment with and actually develop mind control over the citizenry of earth.
Further, in 1987, a scientist named Eastlund patented a “pulsed super-weapon” which
he states was stolen for use by HAARP. (In April 1992, “Defense News” reported that
the U.S. actually deployed an electromagnetic “pulse weapon” during Operation Desert
Storm. Now we know what they did with Eastlund’s pulse beam weapon). And now, we
find that HAARP engineers are busily punching holes in our earth’s ionosphere using
high intensity radio waves (Eastlund’s weapon again?). Holes that might be non-
repairable. For those of us who do not know, the ionosphere is a layer of protective
material that keeps errant radiation from the sun and the balance of outer space
from damaging living things on the earth. Further, the charge is being made that
plans are afoot to use HAARP broadcasters to bounce high energy reflective pulses
from the moon in an experiment that could damage earth’s ecology permanently,
even to the possibility of awakening dormant volcanoes, which would, over time,
ravage the surface of earth and, if unchecked, could return the planet to a neolithic
state over a period of a decade or two.
HAARP has been explained to the public as a program of scientific and academic
research under the auspices of the DoD, (Department of Defense). However, a close
study of the admissions of the US government seem to indicate that HAARP’s main
objective is to exploit the ionosphere for specific Department of defense purposes.
One U.S. Air Force study speaks of “induced ionospheric modifications” as a means
of altering weather patterns and disrupting enemy communications and radar.

Many scientists now believe that human tampering with the ionosphere jeopardizes
the fundamental driving system for all living things on earth. Remember, only a few
months ago, how worried people were about ozone depletion in the upper
atmosphere? Some physicists believe the upper atmosphere of earth is essentially
alive and that it transmits a type of consciousness to all living things on the planet.
Should a HAARP operation damage or destroy this system by broadcasting its high
frequency waves into and through the upper atmosphere, it could leave us all very,
very dead in the long run.
Are these fears unfounded? Perhaps not. In 2002, 90 Russian deputies signed an
appeal against the HAARP program, charging that their broadcasters would be
capable of breaking radio communications lines and interrupting the equipment used
on spaceships and rockets, not to mention their submarines, and produce a
“negative impact” on the health of people occupying certain regions of the planet.
